Chief of Staff

I work where management, organisation and execution meet. I turn complex change into sound decisions, align departments and make sure concepts take hold in everyday work.

Profile

Data and the human side of change, thought through together.

Chief of Staff to the CIO at CARIAD SE, the software company of the Volkswagen Group. I advise on organisational development, governance and strategic transformation, including the AI transformation and the IT2030 strategy. I steer several cross-functional projects at once and coordinate around 10 people.

What sets me apart: I combine KPI analysis, OKRs and dashboards with communication, training and buy-in. That way change is not just decided but actually adopted. I work in a structured way, look for common ground and stay human throughout.

Focus

Where I make the biggest difference.

I make the biggest difference as a Chief of Staff, in governance and in transformation. I set priorities with leadership, prepare decisions and follow through on them. I build clear structures, OKRs and metrics that keep an organisation steerable, and I guide change so that it is not just decided but truly adopted.
